We know ordering clothing online is sometimes difficult. So if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, or need a different size, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price.
**If you bought the item from an authorized Gamehide dealer, the return/exchange must be handled through the place of purchase.
It’s easy to return a product. Simply submit a return/exchange request. We will authorize the return and you will be provided with a prepaid USPS return shipping label if the Return/Exchange is created within 30 days of purchase.
All Return/Exchange shipping costs outside the 30 day window will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns/exchanges are no longer accepted after 90 days from the order date.
- Gamehide is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RMA#.
- Original delivery fees may qualify for a refund only if the order was incorrect. Call Gamehide to arrange these returns and discuss qualifications.
- Free returns and exchanges are only eligible on orders shipped within the contiguous USA.
- International returns accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Exchanges are not offered on orders shipped outside the contiguous USA.
- A prepaid return label is not provided for an item that was previously exchanged.
- Bundled products – must be returned with all items shipped in the bundle. If items are missing from the return or only individual pieces are returned, the current retail price difference vs. the bundled price of each missing or individually returned piece will be deducted from your credit.
- Not in new condition – If a returned item is soiled, covered in hair, smells of smoke or in any way altered from it’s new condition when returned, we reserve the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee.
- Closeout Items - Exchanges are not offered. Returns are accepted if initiated within 15 days of the order date. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
